10 Seconds to Inner Peace

You can do this sitting or standing, walking or even lying down.

Simply relax and tap the top of your head a few times. Then hold the fingertips of both hands just about a quarter-inch above your head. Feel the vibrating life energy in those fingertips.

Then slowly, as you exhale, move your hands down your body, fingers very close to your head, chest, belly, pelvis, thighs…

Imagine you’re draining your body of all tension, all toxins, all stress, leaving you calm and clear, light and peaceful.

Repeat as often as necessary, with or without using your hands.

Imagine afterwards your body is light, empty, filled with radiant, shining light. You can repeat something like this, if you wish: 

I close my eyes and see a field of light. 
And I feel that light and life in every cell of my body,
nurturing and healing every cell.
And I know that light, and life, and love, 
is who and what I am, now and forever. 

So be it. So it is.
